Following preliminary focus groups and interviews with university students in Lusaka, the project is focusing on university women, who show a strong unmet need for contraceptives despite high levels of education and supposed access through a university clinic as well as NGO and government clinics. As part of her data collection, Steinberg has piloted a smartphone-based survey for women to answer sensitive questions with increased privacy and accuracy on a weekly basis.
