Population Studies and Training Center

Xu's interest is in the demographic, ecological, and cultural explanations of urban issues including housing segregation and affordability. She's currently looking at how neighborhoods are represented on Craigslist with regard to income, race, and immigrant status.

Personal statement: Amy enjoys cooking, paddleboarding, and watercolor painting in her spare time. She's also making progress on handstand training.
