Biography
Sean's research interests are in urban economics and applied econometrics. He is focused on the measurement of causal relationships in spatial settings. His current projects evaluate housing density restrictions' effect on urban form and house prices, and the impact of sewer systems in developing countries. Previously, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Pennsylvania studying housing supply constraints.
