Meghan is a PhD candidate in the Department of Health Services, Policy, and Practice. She is interested in the role of health insurance coverage in reproductive and pregnancy health services use. Her research focuses on the impact of Medicaid and Medicare policy changes on pregnancy and postpartum healthcare use among low-income people, immigrants to the United States, and people with disabilities.
