Population Studies and Training Center

Margherita Odasso is a PhD candidate in Demography at the Center for Demographic Studies (CED) in Barcelona. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Bologna and an M.A. in Sociology and Social Research from the University of Trento. Her doctoral research explores the well-being of families separated by international migration. Before joining CED, Margherita worked at the University of Trento on the Horizon project ReIncluGen. She was also a Research Fellow at the SMU Tower Center and Texas-Mexico Center in Dallas, where she conducted interviews with Mexican transnational fathers living in Texas.
