Biography

Fang-Wen (Nora) Lu is a PhD student in Epidemiology with a strong interest in methods. Her research focuses on applying quantitative techniques, such as causal inference and spatial analysis, to longitudinal observational data to generate real-world evidence. Before pursuing her PhD, she coordinated research projects at the Taiwan Burden of Disease Center, where she worked on projects that informed health policy through statistical analyses of national health insurance data. Nora holds an MS in Epidemiology and a BS in Psychology with a certificate in Biological Statistics from National Taiwan University.
