Biography
Carlos Alberto Tello Barreda received his PhD in Native American Studies from the University of California, Davis. His research focuses on Indigenous and mestizo identities, with his dissertation titled, "Qhari Qaspapas: Sensing Ethnicity and Gender in an Andean Peruvian Dance Troup."
