Biography

Before starting his Ph.D. at Brown in 2023, Adrien was a predoctoral fellow at UC Berkeley, where he served as Field Research Manager for ongoing RCT “Urbanisation and urban networks networks: evidence from the Congo” and forthcoming RCT “Legal antecedents of fiscal capacity” in Kananga, DRC.
